Hello, I’m Aaron. I handle the planning, coordination, and execution of our deals at Creative Property Investments. I’m usually the person you’ll speak with first, and I stay involved from the initial conversation all the way through closing.

I specialize in helping homeowners navigate complex situations—like low equity, tight timelines, or non-traditional financing—by turning them into clear, step-by-step plans using creative finance solutions.
